The last decade has provided some great
films. True, a majority of the films over the last 10 years have been
duds. Many are crap. Over this last decade, there's been years of
proof that putting a hundred million into a studio film results in a
forgotton piece of shit. It's doesn't take much to make a great film.
You just have to think outside the box and be independent in your way
of thinking. That originality is what stands the test of time.
When a studio has the balls to put
money behind an original idea, that's when rare magic happens in
film. Otherwise, the independent artists has to go it alone.
That being said, there were many great
